Welcome to Little Cactus website. We want you to have the best possible experience while shopping with us online so please read our Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing goods.
We reserve the right at our discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these terms at any time. Please check these terms regularly prior to using our website to ensure you are aware of any changes. We will endeavour to highlight any significant or substantive changes to you where possible. Your continued use of the website following the posting of changes to these terms and conditions will mean that you accept these changes.
These Terms and Conditions apply to Online only and may vary for in store purchases.

Products in Stock
We only list item we have in stock. If there is an unexpected error in our system and you order an item which is out of stock we will refund you in full.
Change of Mind
You are welcome to return any of our items within 14 days of receipt if you change your mind. This excludes Sale Items. No refund or exchange on Sale Items so please purchase carefully.
Please email us for full instructions on return address. Items must reach us in new condition, in their original packaging.
All shipping costs, including packaging and postage charges for return of the item to be exchanged and dispatch of the replacement item are to be paid by the customer. If you wish to change an item after placing your order, and before it has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible so you will not incur postage costs.
We use PayPal for all transactions on the website. All prices listed are in Australian dollars, and are inclusive of 10% GST. A customer can use their PayPal account or a credit card (Mastercard or Visa) to pay for their order. If you don’t have a PayPal account, just follow the easy steps in the payment process and you can safely and securely use your credit card to pay for your order. You will be refunded according to the method you paid.
We deliver all our parcels through Australia Post with tracking, Australia wide and offer free store pick up. We currently only ship to Australian addresses and not internationally.
We have flat rate postage for all items via Regular Parcel Post with tracking. Express Post or Registered Post will incur additional fees accordingly. Australian orders ship for FREE when they are over $150*.
*Furniture & large items do not qualify for free shipping and are pick up only; this will be indicated on the item page where possible. If unsure please email us to check.
Express Post Option
If you have a deadline or a special event we are happy to offer an express post option. This guarantees that your order will be shipped the same day (when placed before 1pm).
Deliveries are processed promptly upon receipt of full payment. Delivery may take between 2 and 14 days, depending on your location.
Please take care to enter the correct address details when you order. If a parcel comes back to us marked ‘return to sender’ you will be charged a re-posting fee to send it to you again. If you return unwanted items to us by ‘return to sender’ a postage fee will be deducted from your refund.
Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for any goods either lost or damaged during transit. Damaged or lost orders should be resolved with Australia Post. Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at the discretion of Little Cactus.
